Honoring the Bridge - 5pm
The Atchison Art Association will host a special dedication ceremony for The Bridge Sculpture at 5:00 PM along the riverfront behind Servaes Brewing Company. The sculpture honors an important part of Atchison’s history and celebrates the community’s connection to the Missouri River and the historic 1938 bridge. During the event, archival footage from the original 1938 bridge dedication will be projected onto the exterior wall of Servaes Brewery, creating a unique tribute to this landmark moment in Atchison’s past.
